Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms net 30 days from date of invoice.


  • Sale prices will not be retroactive to prior orders.
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.


  • All back orders will automatically be cancelled unless requested by the customer.
  • Freight on back orders is the responsibility of the customer.


  • Shipments are FOB our North Salt Lake, Utah or Miami, Florida warehouse unless otherwise stated.
  • Freight will be paid by Crestware on orders over $2000.00 net shipped within the continental United States.
  • Flatware and china are included in the freight program.
  • Additional services from the freight carrier are not included in the prepaid freight program, i.e. sort and segregate, lift gate, inside delivery, etc. Such services will be billed at cost to the customer.
  • Orders under $50.00 will have a $5.00 service and handling charge.
  • No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. A return authorization number will be issued. This number must appear on all returned merchandise and paperwork. Freight charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be in original packaging.
  • No returns on items over six months old. In the event of damages or shortages, notify the carrier and secure an inspection report.
  • All shortages or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. The carrier is responsible for merchandise while it is in transit to the customer. Crestware will not accept any claims if case counts are not verified at time of delivery.
  • China and shakers will be sold only in full cases.
  • Many items must be purchased in the inner case pack.
  • There is a $20 charge per invoice for a proof of delivery.
  • All weights and sizes are approximate.
  • Crestware is not responsible for printing errors.
